Fix default value of php-auto-yasnippet-php-program #5

Set default path of Create-PHP-YASnippet.php in the same directory as php-auto-yasnippets.el.

It does not need configuration when Create-PHP-YASnippet.php installed in the same directory as php-auto-yasnippets.el.
