Is there any interest in publishing ts-fold on MELPA?

I've tried it in https://github.com/melpa/melpa/pull/7758. Unfortunately, I think it's easier to just publish it to my own ELPA --- JCS-ELPA. Here are some options:

  1. Open another PR to MELPA
  2. Use JCS-ELPA
