Should borg-build open a new Emacs window? #160

I noticed that borg build doesn't open a new window unlike e.g. M-x compile.

I think borg-build should also open a new window.

I'll think about that after creating releases for most of my packages.

The behavior is now customizable and the default is your preferred behavior.
