borg-initialize: Number of skipped packets is number not vector. #2

Hello, if using skipped entries borg-initialize gives error because skipped is printed as vector not number. With kind regards, Stefan

Thanks! I have added a CHANGELOG entry and adjusted the commit message to be more in line with other commit messages in this repo.
