Packages in the Emacsorphanage

These are the packages in the Emacsorphanage. Some of these packages have been patched.

Of all the packages in the orphanage currently only vcard is not mirrored. Except where noted otherwise (*) these packages are also available from Melpa.

See #38 for packages that should probably be moved to the orphanage.

Upstream has disappeared

Most of these packages were added to the orphanage (instead of just making them static), because Melpa used to get them from the Emacsmirror. Not it gets them from the Emacsorphanage.
