Create a named tag in Git for each release version #121

Each release declared at Melpa has a version string (e.g. "1.0.7"), but these do not correspond to any object with that name in the Git repository.

Please ensure that, for each release to Melpa, there is a tag (or release) in Git with the same name as the version string. This allows a predictable URL to fetch the corresponding source from the Git repository.

This is invalid, the tags do exist as requested.
