Inherited write access #123

@nex3 this repository has just been transferred to the Emacsorphanage (see https://github.com/melpa/melpa/pull/5832#issuecomment-1722462158).

Before the transfer you had commit access and such permissions are preserved in a transfer.

Since you are the original author and still seem to be involved with Dart, would you be interested in maintaining this again? (If so, then it would probably make sense to transfer to your account, instead of the orphanage.) If not, do you want to keep commit access for the occasional contribution?

I'm happy to keep a write bit, but unfortunately I just don't have time to be a full maintainer for this package right now.
