There is no s 1.11, either 1.10 or 1.12 should be the minimum requirement #44

The s.el file in the s 1.11.0 release is versioned 1.10.0 by mistake. The mistake was not corrected in the commits either until 1.12.0 was released.

The current requirement is s 1.11. Marmalade only has the s 1.10 release, so MELPA is needed to install dart-mode.
