Resizable popup #24

Currently the popup is too small for big commit message. It seems like the maximum size of the popup is fixed. The maximum size should dynamically change according to the content of commit message.

popup size is determined by popup-el. And I think git-messenger is not suitable for such big commit message.

I tried to implement if changing popup size dynamically is possible. It is impossible. I will add parameter variable which passed to popup-el API.
