Further support "rg" #395

Dear helm-ag maintainers, I raised a PR (https://github.com/emacsorphanage/helm-ag/pull/394) to support "rg" backend a bit further, as well as do some code maintenances. Hope these can make slight sense to you. In the PR note, I noted all the background and detailed change scope, may you please take a look? I'm using this branch locally, so far so good.
