I imported your changes and fixed something at #101.
There are some differences from your patch
helm-gtags-preselect-rtag->helm-gtags-preselect- Default value of
helm-gtags-preselectisnilfor compatiblity.

Please accept my PoC patch which allows users to locate the current buffer and line upon find rtag. Since I'm not an elisp expert, this patch must be ugly. Please discard if you don't like it. But I really appreciate if helm-gtags has an equivalent functionality.
