new custom variable : op/organization

when its value is t, op adds "authors-link" to "nav.mustache", which is associated with "emacs_love" theme unfortunely. when its value is nil, op behaves well just as origin.

new theme "emacs_love" (for both person and organization) new theme "kd_mdo" (just for person)
