Use post content when description is missing #151

When I read my feeds, I actually don't leave my feed reader. FYI :smile:

The problems is, when no description is provided in the org file, then the item description of this post is "No Description" in the generated RSS file. This requires the reader (or the RSS subscriber) to leave his/her feed reader (or the feed reader opens a web view which I find equally bad).

This PR changes the RSS export insofar that the whole post content makes up the RSS item description if no description is explicitly given.
