Add option to automatically do a push of source and master branches #80

It would be nice if (op/do-publication) would also optionally do a remote push of master/source branches in addition to the local git commits. This would ease publishing to places like Github Pages.

Yeah, sound like a good idea, I will take it into consideration and maybe implement it in later version.

This feature is implemented in v0.6.
