Invalid function: log4e:deflogger #22

I'm running into an issue all of a sudden where i see the titled error message when trying to bootstrap my setup, this seems to be a brand new occurrence.

As a rapid fix I suggest to use version from melpa stable instead of development version.

I started down that path, but that leads to other breakages (from other packages :)
