As a publisher I need to view performance of my coupons So that I know the pending conversions and profits for each coupon

Details and Assumptions

Publisher may have various coupons in various campaigns In case: affiliate network: Boostiny:
- Performance need to be fetched from boostiny API Live
- Whenever a publisher requests performance report, he will be able to view a live version of his performance from the API
