Benefits doc #29

This PR adds a new doc page (Benefits to email clients), which has been started by @M-J-Robbins. The draft is still in a Google Doc. We can move it here in markdown format when ready.

@husseinalhammad I've added the document with a couple of updates. The "Backward compatibility" section is new, based on something you said the other day.

yeah I think I'm going to leave that out, I don't know if it's an issue so will remove it now, then it's ready to review
