option to Remove Clock #338

I already have a clock in the statusn bar on my phone. It would be great if the 
clock could be removed or shrunk (greatly) so the widget space could be used by 
the other extensions

Can't find the beta release on play store. It says updated on Oct. 5, 2013, but 
version still says 1.5.

Hi Roman, if I could add a couple of comments. When there is no clock, there is 
no settings button. The only way I could find to get to the settings was to 
remove the widget from the lockscreen and then re-add it. It would be also nice 
to be able to force the tablet type style. eg in the weather, it shows the 
text, not just the little icon (the space is there to do this now). Thanks for 
helping with this suggestion to remove the clock

Just open the settings, go to advanced and set it to display an icon in the app 
launcher.

Dash clock is awesome!
I cannot wait for the feature in 1.6 which allows me to choose to hide or show 
the clock.

Will it be able to hide/show the date as well? I like to be able to still show 
the date but hide the clock.

yes i want to remove sense lockscreen and desh clock will be ideal lockscreen.

This was so poorly done. It should also allow narrow resizing (2 columns), 
multiple columns depending on the available space, or both.
