Weather location completely off #341

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Nothing in particular.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the location to be at least remotely accurate using the 3g location, 
but sometimes (not always, now that I'm typing this for example it is accurate) 
it'd appear that the widget thinks that I'm elsewhere, for example in Russia 
when I'm actually in Italy.

What version of the product are you using?
The latest.

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Galaxy Nexus (maguro), Android 4.2.2

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
Nova Prime Launcher, Purity ROM. Neither can be blamed for this behaviour.

Weather should be better in the 1.6 release.
