What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on lock screen
2.will see the voicemail icon there instead of forecast 
3.try to update Weather but to no avail 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Show the forecast icon on lock screen. Shows voicemail icon, tried updating 
weather but would never actually update.

What version of the product are you using?
1.4.2

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Samsung galaxy nexus android version 4.2.2

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.

Does the temperature in the weather ever update? If it doesn't, it may be an 
issue with the weather not updating, possibly related to either your geographic 
region or your device settings for location services.
