Eject and customize react-scripts

To solve different issues the only solution is to eject the react-scripts and customize those.

As a drawback future changes of react-scripts need to be merged.

Any opinions @thomaspeklak @flobacher @sladiri ?

We will use a fork of the react-scripts to apply such changes. https://github.com/emakina-cee-oss/create-react-app
