Since JEC corrected MET branches are available for data and signal mc, moved the definition of MT to a separate module - which takes 3 inputs - a boolean to check if it is MC, MET pt and phi branch names. The default values of the later are set to the corrected MET branches. For background samples, the input branch name is changed.
An utility script to check corrupted input files is also added.
