Gen level selections #15

Things changed -

  1. Gen level selections on WJets sample to split into WtoTau and WtoMu
  2. MT histo binning updated to 5GeV following WHelicity.
  3. Draft version of plotter added. Valerio will update the latest one allowing syst band in Ratio plot.
