bkg Additional plot + colorChange in prefit #49

This pull request include:

bkg validation additional plots: chi2 of the fit, "grouped" syst plot
prefit plots: aligned the color code of the syst. to the bkg one
run the matrix: bug fix with time stamp

I solve it taking all the modification from suvankar (both me and Suvankar solved an issue of RunTheMatrix, but Suvankar added some additional things, so I took his modification)
