Adding module for rochester variations #72

As the title says, this PR adds the module for Rochester correction. This produces variations as - 99(stat replica eigen), 4 syst types[details]. Additionally, the correctedUp/Down(quadrature sum of all 104) histos are also produced.

This affects only the WJets workflow.
