Clean up runAnalysis on data config #74

This PR cleans up the runAnalysis on Data config.

  1. Switches of prefit plot histos since they can be extracted from templates themselves.
  2. For the fake rate evaluation part, all systematics apart from PDF, Scales and JME variations are skipped.
  3. 'Vars' is dropped from the name of the systematic directories.
