framework developments: angular coefficients and signal templates

implemented analysis using recents framework modifications. Config files (runBkg.py and runSignal.py) are much more compact and readable. Other small features implemented:

• use of RDF RunGraph to process multiple graphs simultaneously
• binning moved to external file
• I/O related to external inputs (SF, boson kinematics reweighting) moved to external file
• output directory automatically embedded with date and time
• created Common folder for plotting tools and creating input for Fit
• removed root_numpy dependency
