UX feedback #8

Hi, I am adding a text document containing specific UX feedback as well as two relevant screenshots for the NARROWS project. I am also including a UX directory structure, in the hopes that this will be useful as a reference point and also for future contributors.

Do you mind if I turn the .rtf file into Markdown so it can be read from the web and the changes are easy to track (the commit will of course keep you as its author)? Or any other text-based format, if you prefer another, but GitHub is especially friendly to Markdown.

Merged now (by hand, after tweaking the commit to convert the document to Markdown), closing the PR. Thanks again!
