Addon domain refers back to subdirectory #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install pretty urls
2. Aplly
3. Use Addon domain.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the url to stay linked to the addon domain, but it currently 
reverts to the subdomain of my other domain.

What version of the mod, and what version of SMF are you using?
Smf 1.8 - Pretty Url 0.9

What other mods do you have installed?

Please provide any additional information below.

You can take a look at what I'm talking about here - 
http://sonofablog.info , reverts to http://sonofablog.purplehazard.com .

This mod just uses whatever SMF uses. Check that SMF has all of the correct 
URLs with
repair_settings.php (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?topic=663) and 
then
follow the second section of the Trouble Shooting page (in the wiki above.)
