Rewrite Action URLs causes the Packages link in ACP to redirect to forum home

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on all checkboxes in Pretty URL settings
2. Try to go to Packages link in the Admin Panel
3. Link will redirect to forum index
4. Uncheck Rewrite Action URLs checkbox
5. Link will then go to Packages page.

What version of the mod, and what version of SMF are you using?
SMF: 1.1.9, mod: 0.9.3

What other mods do you have installed?
None

Please provide any additional information below.
Running IIS with isapi_rewrite, so it's possible that's the issue. It seems
to deal with all other mod_rewrite rules okay however.

Ahh.. well I have no idea how isapi_rewrite works. Is that the official module?

Unfortunately, there isn't an official rewrite add-on for IIS, this one is by a 
third
party. If you can't reproduce the issue on Apache, then I'm happy to assume it's
related to the rewrite addon and I'll take a look into it myself to try and 
figure it
out :-)

There is an official one for IIS7 now...

The actions filter is a special one, it has to manually add a lot of stuff to 
the
.htaccess, so maybe you haven't got it to do that for isapi_rewrite.

We're still on IIS6 at the moment, and it's not a massive issue anyway. Thanks
