Cut 2.0 RC1-1 session variables #70

SMF 2.0 RC1-1 adds a new type of session variable, which shouldn't be cut.

At the same time, remove the tests for sesc and sc as they're no longer needed.

Check that 1.1 is still correct.

Fixed in r110. Keeping the checks for sesc as they may still exist.
