Most of the updates affect some scripts in folder CMGTools/WMass/python/plotter/wmass_e/. This are:

wmass_parameters.py (NEW):

this is a configuration file to set some parameters, like the lower and higher indices for the mass variations, the number of mass indices and so on. By importing its content, values in this script are used in other scripts

DatacardsTools.py:

changed one mandatory argument, now we pass lower and higher mass index instead of the number of indices (it allows to start from a non zero index)
added option to select queue for resubmission, default is 8nh

make_cards.py:

added option to pass eta bin edges altogether (previous option is still present and can still be used, though)
added option to select variable to be fitted and the fit range (with number of bins)
other fixes are meant to comply with the previous changes
create name of datacard folder replacing dot with 'p', e.g.: eta_0p0_1p0 if eta bin is [0.0, 1.0]

harvestEmAllEl.py:

defining mass range and number of mass points by importing wmass_parameters.py
adding option to pass name of folder with datacards (it is expected to be in /python/plotter/card/ )
other fixes are obtained by copying the version of this script from user emanueledimarco, adding updates made by him

@cippy I have merged the PR after having removed the unneeded setup_trees_80X.sh and merged manually harvestEmAllEl.py. Still to check if it works...
