UnityPlayer.dll collision in standalone Launcher #1

The way Unity generates the output build has changed. Now various files are stored in the same folder of the Launcher/Game executable. This creates a collision among these files and everything breaks.

Fixed the way builds and patches are generated to match with Unity's builds output.
