FR: Pass the Compression Level to the CLI app #46

Hey,

I've noticed Compression Level is currently hardcoded to 8 at the CLI app. It would be nice to allow passing it through the --patch command arguments, though.

The feature has been added both for patch command and for launcherUpdate command. It will be available in the next release!
