change COIN and CENT values to correct the block value in getblocktemplate

i'm not too familiar with coins but this may require a hard fork.

These values aren't incorrect, for the many, many coins that only support 6 digits past the decimal point they are the norm.

You would have to adjust your software to be compatible with it.

the reason i thought these values were wrong. is because i have never seen them that low before. only on 3 separate occasions. emark tekcoin and battlecoin. all of my other coins have values in bits for coinbasevalue or the values i proposed could you explain to me a bit better why changing these values would not correct the coinbasevalue? or if it was corrected other problems that could occur
