add scala.js #1

Can you add a scala.js build? I use cats-effect in scala.js (obviously not for concurrency) but scheduling is important in the browser.

I'm sorry for the late reply, I haven't noticed this issue before. I have never done this before, also I currently have no idea how to do it, or how to make sure it's OK as I don't use scala.js.

Could you perhaps help out with this?
