Light (L): L <x,y,z coordinates> <brightness ratio> <R,G,B colors>

Coordinates: x, y, z coordinates of the light point
Brightness Ratio: Light brightness ratio in the range [0.0, 1.0]
Colors: R, G, B values in the range [0-255]
