javadoc error in SkyFactory

The statement about the near plane is incorrect.  When the radius is
set equal to the near plane, one sees a circular piece of the sky 
surrounded by background color.

At the least, the incorrect advice should be removed.  Many other 
improvements could also be made to the javadoc, for which see the
attached patch file.
