What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
create tchromium dynamically on form 1
2. Set parent to form 1
3. Load default url

4. Launch app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

"Assertion Failure (src\ceflib.pas, line 3248)"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

cef_binary_r149
windows 7 ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.

i needed to be able to use console messages and tooltips, so i downloaded an 
updated version of dcef.

Using delphi 7.
app hangs when using older binaries.

Is it because dcef has not been updated for the latest binaries?

Yeah DelphiCEF is not compatible with the latest CEF, no updates in a long time 
sadly. 

Use CEF revision 138 until this project is updated. Anything beyond that 
revision will not work.
