Need to have some type of script that takes the spatial data and associates it with the appropriate species, selects those species that have both abundance data and spatial data. Also need to select for phylogeny as well.

Installed geopandas because it has a bunch of useful stuff as dependencies, and geopandas had good install instructions, thus saving me effort and confusion.

Maybe installed. I think some of the dependencies failed.

Geopandas installed. The current plan is to do map keys, select those species with maps, then check those against the phylogenetic data.

Map keys working, queried against abundance data. Working on figuring out dendropy to work with the supertrees I have.
