DHCP support #68

Depends on https://github.com/m-labs/smoltcp/issues/63 and https://github.com/m-labs/smoltcp/pull/186.

We now use the DHCP code from https://github.com/m-labs/smoltcp/pull/186 and it works fine (except for #77).

Reopening since we're still using a git dependency. It would be nice if we could use a crates.io dependency instead. Maybe fork smoltcp if the PR is not merged?
