Image Replicator: Option flags on disk #27

Would need to implement a way to handle various flags in order to accomplish this.

Handle things like: NO_COMPRESS_TARBALL NO_COMPRESS_IMAGE NOCAPTURE[SD,EMMC,SATA]

Probably just use files on disk, e.g.: touch /mnt/image_replicator_usb/NO_CAPTURE_EMMC
