tsa38x_usbprod Cleanup

In reviewing output for updates I've found that this defconfig needs cleanup and testing to bring it up to date with other defconfigs. Notably:

• The defconfig uses an incorrect overlay path
• The post-image.sh script doesn't generate all of the correct output formats.
