It was discovered that this was an issue with my Rev. F PCB and has been resolved in hardware. Keeping this open until the revert is merged back in to main.

WDT restored in 9bb67759426d014dfa2e82388658231755b846ce and 546178261520575cc014c3cd28416886da732f8c
