Add headless configurations for TS-7670 and TS-7400-V2. Bump all kernels up to latest 5.10. Add ts7680-utils component. Add minimal and headless configs for TS-7680. Add ZPU support for TS-4100, includes compiler installed to target as well as pre-compiled ZPU binaries for demo and MUXBUS.
