1.8 mipmap backport suggestion #108

This is a suggestion. enableOcclusionTweaks & enableThreadedChunkUpdates is a great feature and I want to keep using it. I noticed that the mipmap of 1.8 has been greatly improved. If you can, please transplant this optimization. 1.7.10 has terrible mipmaps, even with level 4
