Issues with Refined Storage and OpenComputers

• [x] Refined Storage cable covers appear invisible

• [x] RS patterns do not display as the resulting item (below should appear as crafting table)

• [x] OpenComputers screens have incorrect textures (should appear connected and have unique textures for each tier.
