Fix to issue #113 pt 1 #115

This changes start_benchmark and end_benchmark to start_trigger and end_trigger in doc/README.md. This file has not had the toc regenerated, nor been run through the spelling checker.

There are two commits in here. The second corrects the first. The first had deleted some important text from the file when I attempted to rebuild the toc.
