After installing ember-bootstrap-changeset-validation, attempting to use bs-form in my template results in the following error message:

Uncaught Error: Could not find module `ember-bootstrap/components/bs-form` imported from `ember-bootstrap-changeset-validations/components/bs-form`

Dependencies from package.json below in case that helps. Is there anything else I can provide to help diagnose this issue?

This turned out to be because of a ember-bootstrap.whitelist set in the consuming app's ember-cli-build, and it did not include bs-form.
