Figure Out Ticket Purchasing #10

Figure out (1) what ticketing system we should use and (2) how we should go about using it.

Note that EmberConf uses https://www.eventbrite.com and Leah may have some advice for how to use it effectively.

On complete: Create a new issue to implement the ticketing system with the details you discovered. Mention that we should notify these people directly when tickets are on sale:

Leah has said that we could use her Eventbrite account if we wanted, so I suppose we should look and see what it would entail to make our own to determine which route we wanted to take.

We should consider recent Eventbrite news: https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articles/en_US/Troubleshooting/eventbrite-merchant-agreement?lg=en_US#8

Hopefully they'll change that agreement soon in response to the outrage.
